It means that Payfactors Free will be available in bambooHR’s marketplace. Any company that has access to the marketplace will be able to register for it. (For free, of course.)

It also means that we’ll get to help even more small- to medium-sized businesses get the data they need to make smart decisions about pay. Decisions that’ll help them stay competitive in their market.
