With the so-called “state-of-the-art” solutions that claimed to improve compensation practices — but really just made a frustrating process slightly less frustrating.

But we realized that, despite these changes, the underlying approaches are still broken. The industry is still relying on inflexible systems that haven’t changed in decades.

So after years in the industry, we looked at each other and said, "Enough is enough!" and decided to fix it.

Jeff has been at the helm of Payfactors’ record-breaking growth as co-founder and CEO. Prior to launching The Compensation Revolution at Payfactors, he created the prototype design of Salary.com’s then-flagship product, CompAnalyst.

John Barry, CIO

As co-founder and CIO, John is the man behind Payfactors’ revolutionary technology. He has over 20 years’ experience designing and building enterprise compensation systems, and previously built the technology powering Salary.com, Kenexa, and IBM.

Bill Coleman, COO

As co-founder and COO, Bill leads all of Payfactors’ data and research, and our team of certified compensation professionals. Recognized as a comp and HR expert, Bill’s been cited in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, NBC Nightly News, and more. He previously was SVP of Compensation at Salary.com, and spent a combined 15 years at TowersWatson and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
