With the so-called “state-of-the-art” solutions that claimed to improve compensation practices — but really just made a frustrating process slightly less frustrating.

But we realized that, despite these changes, the underlying approaches are still broken. The industry is still relying on inflexible systems that haven’t changed in decades.

So after years in the industry, we looked at each other and said, "Enough is enough!" and decided to fix it.
